Rates for service are as follows:
Labor charges are $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Some charges are more per hour, such as aerating, certain types of pruning, and thatching, etc. Most jobs are based on a set bid, negotiated and agreed upon prior to starting. A service quote or agreement with a description of the labor, associated costs or fees, and a total cost will also be delivered before any work is done.
TR Developments has developed a very efficient and effective annual maintenance program, providing complete service for residential properties on a year-round basis. At just $125.00 per month (more for larger properties or more complex / unique landscapes), maintenance is conducted weekly March through October, and bi-weekly November to February. This allows for a healthier lawn, cleaner flowerbeds, properly trained plants, trees and shrubs, and gutters to be checked and cleared.
*Lawn cut, trimmed and edged
*Beds weeded, cleaned and cleared
*Shrubs, plants and trees (up to 20') pruned
*Driveways, paths and walkways blown and cleared
*Scotts Turfbuilder fertilizer applied 4-5 times annually
*Gutters checked, cleared at least once per month
Service is also available on a seasonal basis, where clients are charged only for the actual visit, or extent of service.
